Established in the year 1990, Biomex Instruments (P) Ltd is one of the renowned organization presently dealing in high tech Pre-owned Medical Equipment in India. The range available with us includes Philips (Supercon Magnet 1.5T & 3.0 T) MRI Systems, Hitachi/Toshiba CT Scanner having large installation base in India.
Prior to entering into Pre-owned business in India, Biomex was the first manufacturer of X-ray machines In India and discontinued the manufacturing in 1994.
Very recently just about two years back, we entered the pre-owned market of GE make PET CT Scanners 7 GE Model Infinia Gamma Camera and PROUD TO SAY AS ON TODAY WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY APPROVED BY AERB TO SELL PRE-OWNED PET CT SCANS AND GAMMA CAMERAS IN INDIA, the achievement has been that in such a short span of time, NOT JUST BECAUSE OF OUR team of Nuclear Medicine trained on PET/Gamma Camera from GE BUT ALSO due to credibility of the Co. and in relationship in the market of more than 20 years, we have been able to install 14 PET CT’s and 12 Gamma Camera’s to different location of India.

1. Cyclotron
Biomex is coming up with its own cyclotron which will be the highest capacity in the region. The Cyclotron shall be located at the outskirts of Chandigarh with this Cyclotron, it will give a huge boost to the nuclear medicine sector to further strengthen to the areas of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, UP & Uttarakhand due to it’s being strategically centrally located order for which has already been placed with GE and hope Project will be functioned by coming March/April, 2023.
2. Cheema Medical Complex (Mohali) Punjab
Biomex has very recently signed a contract with Cheema Medical Complex for its purchase a 60 beded super speciality hospital in Mohali doing exceptionally well with a scope of converting into 100 Bed Super Speciality Hospital having all approvals of ECHGS/NABL etc and hope to get its possession by the year end,

- - To start production of contrast of which entire know how has been obtained and Die for packing the medicine has been made, which is similar to the one GE is producing:
- - To enter Linear Accelerator market
- - To buy more hospitals
- - To enter International Business in Pre-owned Medical equipments and for the first time has booked a stalled in Arab Health in January, 2023
- - Any other ideas – as and when conceived

We are guided by our Promoter Mr. Aggarwal Sk, who holds a rich industry experience has been in this business for over 40 years. Further our customer support department is headed by Er. Sushil Sharma, Mr. Ashwani Guleria and Mr.Rakesh Dhiman who are having more then 15 years experience. Besides, they also worked in multination companies. To provide excellent after sales support, they have also attended several technical training courses on CT Scanners, MRI and PET CT Scanners/Gamma Cameras in India and abroad. As a result of this combination, Biomex has a large market share in the Country. Another very senior Engineer training in Varian LA is going to join us by end of this year which will strengthen us to enter LA market in India and abroad.
